2002-2003 ; PT. Salamaisya Expert Training Bogor.
I became Marketing Public Relation Freelance and Junior Trainer in PT. Salamaisya Expert Training, Bogor.
2003 ; PT. Sco Prima Inovatindo
I became Coordinator Project. The project came from Departemen Kelautan & Perikanan – Indonesia. My duties are monitoring, controlling, coaching and trainee wifes fisherman about cash-flow, effectiveness processing of fish and how to looking for market etc. So that their can profit and add earnings.
2003-2004; Kompas Gramedia Group
I trusted to joint with Kompas Gramedia Group (KGG) Commerce Division. Beginning placed as Sales Supervisor Of Cinere Gramedia Bookstore and later then as Area Supervisor PT. Bursa Buku Nusantara (Kompas Gramedia Group) handle Distribution, Purchasing, Sale and Promotion three region i.e. Sukabumi, Jambi and Pematang Siantar. My duty responsible, reporting to Area Manager Level PT. Bursa Buku Nusantara.
2004-2005; PT. Gama Book Store
I trusted to became one of the Core Team Member, forming to PT. Gama Book Store (GBS). PT. GBS is a new business unit of PT. Gamma Multi Usaha Mandiri, Gajah Mada University (UGM) Yogyakarta. And later then I became Operational Manager (before that as a Purchasing Spv) at Square Store that one of unit business of PT. Gama Book Store. My duties is control goods turn-over, ascertaining selling of goods, selling and marketing goods, employees selection and common evaluation of shop performance. I had reached goals of sale above to 30% within 1 months. My duty responsible, report directly to Trade Development Director.
2006 to Nov 2008; PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara
PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara is Honda Motorcycle Main Dealer covering three region i.e. NAD, Riau, Riau Archipelago Province. I trusted to joint with PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara as Senior Customer Care and Trainer at Riau Archipelago Province(Customer Care Section Head). My job responsibilities among others ascertain development of after sales service, customer complain handling, dealer service assessment, customer focus program, manage of customer database, customer relationship, customer retention, customer survey, corporate social responsibilities act., BTL activity programs (all team) and also as Trainer, I train amounting to 200 people that is all front-line people at Riau Archipelago Province about Analysis Transactional (AT, MD Eric Berne), implementing of psychological personality, service, motivation, leadership management, team building, complain handling, empathy. My duty responsible, reporting to Regional Head.
