• Analyzed and documented system and business requirements for a MS Office SharePoint Server 2007 application - a next-generation digital content management system for Starz's Post Production studios.

• Collaborated directly with Directors, Producers, Managers and the software Development Team to gather comprehensive business requirements and monitor / manage the project. This was achieved via facilitating focus groups, holding discovery sessions, conducting interviews, email, being a passive observer in shadow sessions and ensuring that stated deliverables and milestones were met.

• Identified the current state of the business, categorized the business needs and challenges, pinpointed gap analysis via designing workflow processes, classified scope and constraints, conducted business process re-engineering, prioritized and organized the stated requirements.
